Registrations are counted. Watchers are not.
The tier you pick sets how many athletes can register for one event. Everything else about the day is the same on every plan.
Ready, whatever the field size
One event takes up to a thousand athletes, a series takes thousands, and if your field is bigger than that, talk to us and we set the cap together.

Do I have to pay to join a club?
Only in an open club that has grown. A small club is free, the free tier covers a club of up to three members. Members of an open club join with their own Aster Plus, £2.99 a month or £24.99 a year. Clubs do not pay for seats or a plan.
Can I be in more than one club?
Yes, one Aster Plus covers every club you ride with. It is a membership rather than a per-club fee, and it is portable, so you can join, leave, and join again without paying twice.
Do watchers or entrants ever pay Aster?
Never. Following, cheering, and taking part in an event are free forever. Organisers pay to take registrations, entrants and spectators do not pay Aster a penny, and your entry fees are your business.
What is the difference between the organiser tiers?
Only the number of registrations per event, 100, 500 or 1,000. Every tier has the same features, the event page, the community, live GPS tracking, and full control of the day. Try the whole flow first with a free club meet-up, then pick the size that fits your field.
What happens if I stop paying?
Everything you have built stays yours and stays visible. Nothing is deleted, and old rides, results, and posts remain readable, with new activity paused until the plan is active again.
