Manage or cancel your registration

Withdraw, change category or transfer your place — and handle ballot offers — from My registrations.

Updated 28 August 2026

Everything you've entered lives in My registrations in the app. Each registration shows its status and the actions available for it.

What you can do

  • Withdraw — take yourself off the start list. Your place (and any per-category spot) is freed for someone else, and you won't appear in the results. If you change your mind while registration is still open and there's space, you can join again from the event page.
  • Change category — switch to a different category (for example a different distance or age group), subject to space in the new category.
  • Transfer — pass your place to another athlete by entering their email address.

Each action asks you to confirm before it goes through. Once you've started, finished or been marked DNF, these actions lock — your entry becomes part of your result.

Ballot events

If the event runs a ballot, My registrations is where you manage it:

  • While you're in the ballot you can leave it at any time.
  • If you're drawn, you'll get an offeraccept it to confirm your place, or decline it to release it.

Good to know

  • Deferring to a future edition isn't available yet. Today the only options are withdraw, change category or transfer.
  • What's available depends on the event. Changes can close as the event nears. If an action isn't shown, contact the organiser.
  • Withdrawing is about your entry, not your data. To download or remove your account data entirely, see Export or delete your data.
  • Withdrawing also clears the event from your phone's offline start cache, so it no longer appears on your tracking screen.
