Most questions are answered already:

Who to ask

  • Questions about a specific event — registration, your category, start times, results — are best answered by that event's organiser. They control the event's settings.
  • Bugs, problems mid-ride, or anything safety-relevant — email help@astertrack.app. Put "URGENT" in the subject if it's safety-relevant and it will be triaged the same day.
  • General questions about Just Rides, share links, your profile or an event — email hello@astertrack.app.
  • Pricing, organiser plans and enterprise enquiries — see aster-track.com/pricing, which has a contact route for larger events and bespoke arrangements.
  • The full list of contact channels (press, partnerships and so on) is at aster-track.com/contact.

Reporting a bug well

A good report gets fixed faster. Please include:

  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Which event or ride it was about (a link helps).
  • Your device and app version (for example "iPhone 14, app 2.3").
  • The time it happened (and your time zone), so it can be traced.
  • A screenshot if you can.

Important: don't sign out or reinstall the app to "fix" a problem mid-ride — your unsent ride data lives on the device, and the app will sort itself out once you have signal. See Troubleshooting first.

If it's an emergency on a ride

Aster's Alert notifies the people watching your ride and, in an event, the organiser, with your live location. It is not a call to the emergency services, and nobody at Aster is monitoring your ride. In a real emergency, call 999 (the Alert screen has a one-tap call button). See Alerts and crash detection.
