If you see something on Aster that shouldn't be there, spam, harassment, or anything dangerous, you can flag it for review. Flagging content sends it to our review team; it doesn't change what you personally see. For that, see Blocking someone.
What you can flag
- A post or story
- A comment
- An account
- An event
- A club
- A shared Just Ride
Where to find Report
Look for a small flag icon labelled Report:
- On a post, story or comment, next to it.
- On someone's profile, under ⋮ More options.
- On a club's page.
- On an event page, near the bottom.
- On a Just Ride you're watching, alongside the map controls.
You won't see Report on your own posts, comments, profile, event or club, there's nothing to flag to yourself.
Flagging content needs an account. If you're not signed in, tapping Report shows a sign-in prompt rather than sending anything, viewing the content itself never requires an account.

Choose a reason:

Add an optional note, up to 500 characters, with anything that helps.

Tap Send report.
What you send is anonymous to the person on the other end. They're never told who flagged them.
What happens next
What you send goes into our review team's queue. We'll notify you once it's been looked at, and tell you the outcome: whether the content was removed, whether the account was disabled, or whether we reviewed it and didn't find a breach of our Community Guidelines.
Flagging content doesn't remove anything from your own view straight away. If you want someone's posts and live location out of your feed and map immediately, block them as well, or instead, see Blocking someone.
Good to know
- Sending the same flag twice while the first is still being looked at doesn't create a second one, it's the same one going through review.
- Flagging and blocking are independent: you can flag a post and block the person who wrote it in the same visit, in either order.
