The Club Board, on your club's About page, is a members-only noticeboard for the stuff every club needs to say somewhere: "meet at the other car park this week", "who's got a spare wheel?", ride reports and photos.
Who can read and post
- Any active member can read the board and post to it.
- The club's owner and admins can pin an important post to the top (and unpin it later).
- Non-members and anyone not signed in can't see it at all.
- Board posts never appear in the public feed or on anyone's public profile — they stay inside the club.
Post to the board
- Open your club's page (the About tab) and scroll to Club Board.
- Write your post and share it.
When you post, the club's other active members get a notification that there's a new post on the board, so notices don't go unread.

Good to know: the board is a club-wide noticeboard for anything the whole roster should see. Alongside it, each meet-up has its own Chat tab — a private thread for the people going (plus admins), where organisers can pin announcements. What Aster still doesn't have is 1:1 direct messages, so many clubs keep their WhatsApp group for one-to-one banter and use the board and meet-up chats for club and ride matters.
